Went to the location where I lived growing up and walked to the end of the fence line and took some photos. Beautiful day outside that day and it was nice to walk around and remember how much bigger I've grown and how much bigger I remembered everything else was around me.
This home hold a special history and I lived right beside it. The owner to the home suffered much loss here and I think it made for one of better photos from this series.
I traveled to the home where my cousins lived after they left it. They had to abandon the home after I rain heavy summer. The creek nearby had flooded the area around the home and the water had even reached as far as the front door. I would've left too.
At my cousin's home, a few of the windows had been busted out and I decided to peek in. A bit ominous and I decided to take a few pictures from the outside and didn't think twice about going inside.
As a child, my cousin's and I would go into the creek nearby and wander and play around. There was a tree that fell across the creek and it was crossable when I was younger. It would've been nice to take a photo of it if it was still there.
This was a gate that led to a pasture we kept horses in when I was younger. I'm amazed the skulls on the gate stayed together after all these years.
Another photo taken at my cousin's home. The dog house was rarely used but it's still there.
